Account setup for adults in India
Set up a DD5 account and reach the login screen
Creating a DD5 profile is usually quick, but the small choices made at registration affect every later payment or recovery request. Use a mobile number you control, enter accurate age information and create a password that has not appeared on another site. The steps below separate account creation from promotional language so the process is easier to follow.
Have these details ready
DD5 is for people aged 18 and over. Keep the phone that will receive the one-time password nearby and use a number that will remain active. If a later payment review asks for identity information, the name on the profile should agree with the document and payment account you use.
- A working Indian mobile number
- A private email address if the form requests one
- A new password with a mix of words, numbers and symbols
- Accurate age and identity details
Three steps to register
1. Open the sign-up form
Start the DD5 app from the official route and select Register. Pause long enough to check the page address before entering a phone number. A copied sign-up screen can look convincing, so do not use links sent by unknown contacts or unverified groups.
2. Enter the account information
Fill in the required mobile number, date of birth and other fields. Avoid usernames that reveal sensitive information. A password built from a birthday or a familiar name is easy to guess; use a private combination instead, then read the terms and privacy notice before accepting them.
3. Finish OTP verification
DD5 may send a one-time code to the number you entered. Type it directly into the verification box and keep it private. Support staff should never ask you to forward an OTP in a chat or phone call. After the code is accepted, the profile should become available for login.
Logging in on a new device
- Open the official DD5 app or website.
- Select Login and enter the registered number or username.
- Type the password carefully and submit the form.
- Complete any extra security prompt on your own device.
Avoid saving the password on a shared phone or public computer. If you borrow a device, sign out completely and remove any saved login entry before handing it back.
When access does not work
Use Forgot Password instead of repeatedly guessing. A reset code is normally sent to the registered number. If that number is no longer available, use the support option shown inside the official account area and be ready to confirm ownership. Do not pay a stranger who promises instant recovery.
Verification before making a payment
A profile may open before full verification, while a withdrawal can still trigger an additional review. Depending on the request, the service may ask for Aadhaar, PAN or another government-issued document. Upload files only through the secure account area, and provide only the information the form actually requests.
After registration, read the cashier limits before depositing. A welcome offer, when displayed, can have separate eligibility, rollover and expiry terms. Accepting it without reading the conditions can make a later withdrawal harder to understand.
Account safety checklist
- Keep the DD5 password unique to this account.
- Never disclose OTPs or withdrawal confirmation codes.
- Review account history after an unexpected notification.
- Set a personal play budget before adding funds.
- Log out of devices you no longer use.
Good account security is mostly routine: accurate information, a protected phone and a clear spending boundary make both registration and the first login less stressful.
